Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, regardless of the reason for the return, and can be subject to a 15% handling and restocking charge at Alexandria-Washington Lodge No.22 Gift Shop's discretion. Authorization for returns may be requested through email at our address listed on our website. If authorized, a return label and packing slip will be supplied, and must accompany your return shipment. Merchandise returned without the authorization will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. Only current merchandise in a saleable condition will be accepted for return.
Alexandria-Washington Lodge No.22 Gift Shop will accept returns of defective merchandise or errors in shipping. All valid claims will be handled and corrected to your complete satisfaction. The Alexandria-Washington Lodge No.22 Gift Shop shipping label and packing slip is still needed, however, to accept your return properly. Be sure to give complete details on all claims or requests for returns, listing the merchandise, specific reason for return, and the corresponding invoice number and date. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
